Loyalty

Have been with this bank for at least all my married life (41 years) and never had any issues...…..and there is a bank in my local High Street so can always pop in if I have a problem which is very reassuring. Reviewed on: 6th December 2019

Turning it around

I think this bank have really pulled their socks up in the last couple of years and have regained my respect. I have great service from them, their call centre staff are friendly and efficient with some nice humour thrown in. I like knowing my money is being used ethically. Reviewed on: 24th November 2019

Pays everymonth

Ethical company

I've been with the Co-operative Bank in one way shape or form for the last 30 years and I can honestly say hand on heart that I've never regretted being with them. They have credit cards which I've paid off in full time and time again. Being a current account holder I get to hear about things from the shop first too! Reviewed on: 20th November 2019
