Ethical company

I've been with the Co-operative Bank in one way shape or form for the last 30 years and I can honestly say hand on heart that I've never regretted being with them. They have credit cards which I've paid off in full time and time again. Being a current account holder I get to hear about things from the shop first too! Reviewed on: 20th November 2019

good customer service, monthly fee rather high

I'm happy with the current account from the Co-op, however the monthly fee is quite high and I never get to use the various "benefits" I'm paying for. Customer service is consistently good however, which is why I stick with the Co-op. I had previously banked with HSBC whose customer service was atrocious, so would never go back to them. Good benefits with our current account

We pay a small monthly fee for our current account and this gives us world wide travel insurance, access to airport lounges and mobile phone insurance. This offers great value for money. Reviewed on: 5th May 2019
