Full marks to Bishop Auckland

Whenever I go in to deposit cash into my savings account the staff are always friendly and interested and particularly lately have managed any queues very well. I visited the Barnard Castle branch twice with my twin babies to open their savings accounts. The staff were patient and accommodating. I also telephoned the main number with a query, I quickly got through to a very helpful real life person, they talked me through the process of setting up the internet banking and stayed on the line to make sure I managed.
