Friendly and helpful service

In branch to collect a cheque from my 90 day notice account, giving my son and Granddaughter a little gift to top up their ISAs for this year. Very efficient and friendly service. had a chat about this year's AGM at Hopetown. Always feel like a valued customer. Genuine helpful advice, nothing too much trouble. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

I have always received very good advice, for myself & when dealing with my late mother's estate. Very friendly, informative staff with absolutely no pressure to accept products. I've had different savings accounts and also had a mortgage which was very good value and easy to manage when I wanted to increase the loan. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
