Ease of access to appointments

Easy to make an appointment to review savings and personnel are very knowledgeable about the products available. The staff are very helpful, but let you make your own mind up about a product. Overall, I have always found the staff in my local branch to be very welcoming, polite and considerate and find my visits to the branch to be a very pleasant experience.
