Great building society for first time buyers!!

We were first time buyers and got our mortgage the DBS and they sent everything across and all communication was clear and really helpful to us as first time buyers. Plus the product fee wasn’t as ridiculous as some of those bigger banks! Reviewed on: 7th April 2025

Out of the ordinary mortgages & customer service

We went with Darlington because they were recommended by our broker for providing 'out of the ordinary' mortgages - which suited us!
