Wonderful service from warm people

Darlington Building Society have been my mortgage provider since 2020. All my interactions with the Society either by phone or online have been positive and enabling. The staff I have spoken with have been very professional and listened carefully to my needs. On a wider level the whole ethos of their fundamental purpose shines through in their communications via newsletter etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend them in a heartbeat. Once again we have called upon Darlington Building Society to port our mortgage for our new home. We have known Ann Walpole for a few years now and everytime we have dealt with Ann, we know we will always receive a very high standard from her. She is always very professional and certainly knows her job and she is able to answer all of our questions so we have a clear understanding. I was dealt with by Ann Walpole, was my first time buying a house and I really could not have asked for a better person to help me in the process, went above and beyond for me, kept me in the loop with everything going on, anything else she needed was straight in contact with me. Would recommend herself and DBC to anyone after my experience. Obviously buying for the first time is stressful and an unknown but with Ann she really did help me and I couldn’t have asked for much more. Really appreciate what she has done for me.
