Both Rebecca and Mandy have been exceptionally courteous, friendly and helpful. They contacted us to advise that we are eligible to a lower interest rate product, which is unusual as a service these days. We will definitely be in touch again when we need a new mortgage. Reviewed on: 29th April 2024

First mortgage first time buyer lots of support and help. Excellent customer services. Received a surprise welcome gift, lovely presentation box of tea coffee mugs and biscuits etc. I’d definitely recommend you give the Darlington a try. We have been very satisfied. Money is tight buying your first house The Darlington added fees to my mortgage which made life easier. Will definitely look to renew in 18 months time. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024
