DBS - Five Star Service Everytime.

Hi Darlington Building Society - yesterday I needed some urgent paperwork from DBS to confirm ownership of a property - I rang the number, actually spoke to a mortgage advisor 'Mandy' and she kindly sent over the documents whilst I was on the phone !! Amazing in itself to reach the first person who sorted it out immediately. Absolute first class service. I love DBS as they are person centred and understand the needs of the customer. Wonderful customer service from Rebecca today.

I have just spoken with Rebecca Russell and she has been super helpful. Currently looking to transfer my mortgage over to another property. So nice to have such great customer service which is rather rare these days. I’m excited now and less stressed after our conversation today so many thanks Darlington! Blocked on-line mortgage a/c.

I attempted to go on-line to my Mortgage a/c but this was blocked after three attempt I contacted your Support department and spoke with Simon McCabe. He carefully and patiently took me through the procedure to un-block my account and for that I was extremely grateful to him for the manner in which he dealt with my problem.
