Responsive, helpful, friendly

I have had to arrange a few changes to my mortgage due to changes in circumstances. It is always easy to speak to someone who can help with my queries and all the people I've dealt with have been excellent. Amazing mortgage experience

Myself and my partner was assigned Rebecca Russell as our mortgage advisor at Darlington Building Society. We are first time buyers, and initially had concerns over potentially not getting accepted for a mortgage due to my partners credit history and default payments. Rebecca listened to our concerns, was patient and provided the best advice considering our circumstances. She took our word for face value, and guided us through each part of the mortgage process. I could not recommend Rebecca enough, especially to anyone that is in a similar position to us. She is great at her job - we did not feel like we were being judged at all, she is extremely professional.
