We are about to come to the end of our 25 year mortg...

We are about to come to the end of our 25 year mortgage. Some years ago we came into financial difficulty and all the worry that brings. The meetings and discussions we had made life so much easier, the staff were brilliant. They did not judge and just helped us decide what was best for us. I never had issues and when I contacted the customer service team they were polite and helpful. I would just say to improve the email communication as before I called a sent several emails and never had a response but once I called every thing was sorted Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
