I have been with Darlington building society since August 2020 and I have always received excellent service. Darlington gave me a mortgage when other lenders wouldn’t. I recently had to speak to Darlington and the 2 officers I dealt with were very helpful. Although they couldn’t solve the problem they gave me information to investigate different avenues. They were very professional. This is a smaller building society but they know how to deliver good customer service. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

We are about to come to the end of our 25 year mortg...

We are about to come to the end of our 25 year mortgage. Some years ago we came into financial difficulty and all the worry that brings. The meetings and discussions we had made life so much easier, the staff were brilliant. They did not judge and just helped us decide what was best for us.
