Darlington Building Society have come as a boon to us at the right time. We got our 1st house mortgage approved by them when none of banks were ready to pitch in! Always been a great service working with representatives of DBS. Cheers to team. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

I had a remortgage which took longer than expected. This could of been anyones fault who was invovled. I never heard (tel call) from anyone apart from brokers until completion was sorted. Reviewed on: 20th February 2017

We were disapponted that having phoned your offices and agreed only £18000 would be paid to Barclays that £19000 was paid. This resulted in an extra payment being paid, which is non returnable. Reviewed on: 14th February 2017
