Not on comparison sites and they charge more for an automatic renewal than for an on line quote so you always have to remember to do your renewal on line!!! Reviewed on: 5th August 2017

Friendly customer service & easy renewal process

Recently renewed our car insurance with Direct Line. Received paperwork and emails before renewal to remind me, and to outline the costs. Telephone customer service was good - well trained staff and I wasn't left on hold for ages. Probably not the very cheapest company, but not bad. Overall would recommend. Reviewed on: 27th July 2017
