Looked after me well!

I had a bit of a bump in my car (ok I reversed into a bollard...). I was rather embarrassed and needed a new door. The people I dealt with over the phone made me feel so much better about it and they sorted it all, no problem! Reviewed on: 22nd July 2017

Settled my claim quickly

Good insurance at a reasonable price

Great for multi car insurance

We change to Direct line as their multi car insurance came in as the best for us not because they were the cheapest but almost matched the cheapest, we went for the next quote as the cover fitted in with our requirments better than other quotes. Reviewed on: 20th July 2017

Avoid Direct line like the plague!

If you have a non-fault accident, they will automatically put you on to a credit hire agreement for a replacement car without your knowledge. This unnecesarily bumps up the cost and the third party insurer will refuse to pay out. YOU WILL THEN BE LIABLE FOR EXCESSIVE CAR HIRE CHARGES AND LEGAL COSTS! Reviewed on: 18th July 2017
