TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING

One call, and my courtesy car was arranged. They called me back to arrange delivery. I sent photographs of the damage to a link I was sent, and my repair was arranged! Reviewed on: 15th September 2016

Fantastic service; competitive prices

I consider Direct Line to be one of the 'elite' insurance companies; it has such a great reputation, and therefore I've been with them for 4 years. Their prices are very good value for what they offer, and their UK based customer service is impeccable. Reviewed on: 12th September 2016

Great, Family Friendly Policy

We've been with Direct Line for years and have always found their policy to be supportive when we've needed it. Whatsmore, although the cost of our premium does rise each year (as they all do), they always come out cheaper when comparing against companies on price comparison websites. We also love the multi-car policy and the fact that the second driver can earn no claims discount. Reviewed on: 12th September 2016

Unbelievable value!

Having only passed my test 18 months ago, I was expecting an extortionate premium (even as a mere named driver). But with Direct Line, the premium is so affordable that my parents are willing to keep me on for 12 months. This means I have the freedom to drive to work or to see friends when I come home from university and I am building up no claims at the same time. Winner!
