Polite, Efficient and Swift Service

I sent my passbook for updating with a request for a cheque on a Tuesday and, had the first class post worked, I should have had the book and the cheque back on the following Thursday - in fact it came on the Friday. All calls to the Society were answered promptly, politely and efficiently. Reviewed on: 18th May 2024

Navigating online forms/ secure messaging

I had difficulty navigating the online forms. I telephoned Dudley B.S. and a very helpful agent assisted me in the process. There are some issues with the messaging service but contact with an agent of Dudley B.S. always solves the problem. Thank you. Reviewed on: 24th April 2024
