Fast friendly and reliable service

I used Esure for last years car insurance, sadly they couldn't be beaten on price this year. However I will say they have a great customer service team. I experience a little bump in the car and they were very helpful indeed. In the end the claim didn't go through as the other driver decided they could fix things themselves. Esure were great, there was no pressure to put a claim in and they didn't hound me with phone calls when I came to leave their service either. Reviewed on: 1st October 2017

Lies and lack of accountability

Left us a courtesy car that was a van. Made us chase it up with the third party and forgot that I was the customer. Lied through the process about when it would arrive and that they had spoken to the company providing the car. Was told not disruption to our life yet we have lost 2 days missed appointments and our sons football presentation to stare at a van that we were not comfortable or safe to drive. incompetente

someone crushed into my car, the police after investigation gave the fault to third party, but Esure still charged me for all the repair and also charge me extra the following year and I am still pay extra with an other insurance company due to esure not clearing my claim. don't use them, they lost all reports from police and they told me that they could not do anything about it. Appalling

Good Value Insurance

A good company to go with. Looked around and these offered the best deal, well this company and another but this company was slightly cheaper. Cant say for anything else as haven't required any thing from them other that the initial insurance for the year. Reviewed on: 27th August 2017
