First direct keep me informed without bombarding me relentlessly with emails and texts. They inform of product offerings, statements and interest rate changes in periodic and timely fashion. Excellent. Easy to use online banking, supported by friendly, efficient 24/7 phone banking. I have been with First direct for years and have never had a less than 1st rate experience.
