friendly, easy and secure

easy to navigate online and very secure, I can easily do all the things I need to do to manage my money. Been with them for over 30 years and wouldn't change. Reviewed on: 29th November 2019

First direct are clearly ahead of other banks

Good customer service, good overdraft facility as standard, good rates for linked savings accounts. Don't seem to send as many annoying emails as other banks. Always helpful if you need anything from them. Used to be a pain having no branches, but neither does anyone else these days. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

I was with First Direct many years ago but with bank...

I was with First Direct many years ago but with bank bribes I moved from bank to bank accumulating these bribes, but found that the services from these banks were nowhere as good as First Direct, so I have stayed with the, now into my third year and unless something happens in which I lose faith, I will now ignore any further bank bribes, just not worth it Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
