They have been amazing!

I've called my bank's telephone banking line on Christmas Day and they couldn't be more helpful. Always answered by a person and always in the UK. Can-do, proactive staff who know their products. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

First Class Service and Hassle Free

I have been with the bank since 1994 and have found them to have an excellent standard of accounts, customer service and online, postal and in bank facilities(using HSBC branches). I even work for HSBC and even though I also have a current account with them (as it was required) I use First Direct for day to day banking and find that their customer service far exceeds that of HSBC even though they are part of the same group.
