Great bank! Great customer service, 24 hours a day, any issues are always dealt with promptly. Would be good if the current account paid interest as well. Reviewed on: 21st June 2025

very good phone staff, app is great, but the app doesn't let you auto pay off your credit card you have to type in a "pay new business" payee but doesn't tell you what ref to put in very annoying need to contact fd..... why if i signed up for a credit card via its app can't i transfer funds from one account to the credit card.
