Top class service when I was scammed

When we were scammed out of £80 from a company in Hong Kong i I phoned First Direct and they put me through to the fraud department straight away and refunded myself the money . I was dubious changing from a High Street Branch Ban...

I was dubious changing from a High Street Branch Bank to an Online only bank account therefore, I did the switch with trepidation. However, I am so pleased I made the move as my current account with First Direct is very easy to manage online as their Website and App are very easy to use. 26 years and still happy.

I've been banking with First Direct for around 26 years. Over that time I have never been tempted by the cash offers for switching banks. That's purely because of the incredible service I receive from First Direct. Every contact results in a positive experience. Any issues are dealt with quickly and responsibly.
