I've been a customer with First Direct for almost thirty years. I've stayed with them because of their excellent customer service. When you call them, the phone is answered immediately and your query dealt with quickly and efficiently. The customer service agent is always polite, professional and, above all, human. Brilliant current account

I had held my previous current account for 30 years. First direct's current account switch offer seemed too good to be true but I knew people with accounts with FD and decided to try something new. I couldn't be happier that I did. The switch was simple, done cleanly and the offer was paid when I was told it would be.
