Simple but effective

Great online banking experience

This has been a revelation and I’m really glad I took a chance on online banking. It’s really easy to use and I can do everything through an app on my phone. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Very easy to use

First direct is a true online and phone bank, something which makes banking with them so easy. I could even pay a very large amount into another account over the phone! Debit card security has also impressed me: I've been using first direct for more than 10 years and it never got hacked whereas my card with another bank, which I rarely use, has been hacked twice. Easy set up, appears safe

Account is easy to set up. They claim there's a human assistance over the phone 24/7 if necessary, which I haven't tested. I get on with the app well enough too. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
