Wonderful Customer Service

I have been with first direct for many years and although I have hardly ever had issues, when I have needed assistance (normally because I've forgotten a password!), they have been really helpful and friendly on the phone. I love that cheques can be paid into the account by taking a photo and their process for adding a new credit card was simple and smooth. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Original Internet & telephone banking

Best Bank on the market

I have been with this bank since they launched over 30 years ago. Whatever I have asked or needed to do they have been able to help me with the problem. Their online banking app is easy to use and user friendly. I recommend First Direct to everyone. My only negative comment is that the account does not pay any interest. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Great online and on phone

I like getting through to someone at any time of the day or night who can immediately help. And, once through the necessary internet security log-on, the online site is easy and efficient to use. PS - their 7% regular saver account is very good, too! Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
