Were Great, Now Terrible..

Consistently great service

There's no fuss or delay with First Direct - you phone them up and a real, live, friendly human answers the phone - no automated announcements, no selecting options, no keying in of account numbers. Just straight through to someone who can help. So simple, so effective, so brilliant I've stuck with First Direct for more than 25 years (and hopefully many more to come). Reviewed on: 5th May 2020
