First direct keep me informed without bombarding me relentlessly with emails and texts. They inform of product offerings, statements and interest rate changes in periodic and timely fashion. Security Code Generator

Because I have only used the security code generator infrequently I have to read the instructions every time, it is fiddly and time consuming. With the introduction of increased security I will either get used to it or give up on it! Reviewed on: 8th February 2020

Great Customer Service

First Direct Bank have managed to maintain a relatively high standard of customer service by telephone and do that 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I think that they are a bank well worth supporting because of their standards and commitment to keep their customers happy and put them first. Reviewed on: 6th February 2020
