Were Great, Now Terrible..

Website no longer clear and security features now too complicated - Keyfob useless. Difficult to set up a new payee and equally difficult to set up a new savings account. Reviewed on: 21st May 2020

Consistently great service

There's no fuss or delay with First Direct - you phone them up and a real, live, friendly human answers the phone - no automated announcements, no selecting options, no keying in of account numbers.
