They made it so easy for myself and my wife.

They made it so easy for myself and my wife. We had bought a car from a car dealership and within the first three months, we started experiencing a lot of problems. Finally we were driving in the motorway and the car just started smoking really bad. So we went back to them since it was still under warranty. To our surprise they told us that the problem we had experienced was not part of the warranty cover. We had worked very hard and saved every penny we worked for. One of my friends had just bought his car using First Response Finance. I left an inquiry online the previous evening and the next morning we received a call to come in and see if we could qualify. The most amazing thing was that we didn’t know how to get there and using a bus was going to literally take an hour. Hahahaha, they sent us a cab to drive us to the car dealership that they used and it was free of charge!! By the end of the day we came back home driving our very own new car with a mileage of 11 thousand miles!! I would definitely recommend anyone to use them because not only were they were very professional about it, they put a huge smile on my wife’s face and that’s all I needed to see. I recently used First Response Finance to help finance a used car, and overall, the experience was very positive. From the beginning, their team was responsive, polite, and made the application process straightforward. Communication was clear and timely, and I appreciated that they took the time to explain the terms of the agreement without using confusing jargon. Their approval process was surprisingly quick, and they seemed willing to work with a variety of credit situations, which makes them a solid option for those who may not have perfect credit scores. The interest rates were competitive given the circumstances, though it’s always good to compare with other providers if you qualify for better terms. One thing that stood out was the personal touch — I didn’t feel like just another number. Customer service reps followed up to ensure everything was in place and were easy to reach when I had questions. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that there could be more transparency on how they calculate interest over time — it’s worth double-checking the total repayment amount and making sure you’re fully informed before signing.
