Best Value. Best Customer Service. Best Information Website ever!

One of the easiest insurances to set up online, with superb follow-through information via a short video that really did inform! Changing vehicle mid-term was quick and simple with extremely pleasant and helpful customer service staff. Renewal price was slightly higher but gave much better value than cheaper insurances on comparison sites. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2018

Premium reduced on renewal

Very pleased with this (local to me) insurance company. Now in my second year with them and, without my asking, they spontaneously reduced my premium for year 2018/2019. As I am living on a pension this was very good news. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2018

Best service in the industry

Having become ever more disappointed with the service from 'call centres' it was a refreshing change when I first dealt with G I earlier this year. They were friendly and efficient and from start to finish I felt like a valued customer.
