Great way to keep investments in the region

Everyone I've spoken to either in person, online or on the phone has been incredibly helpful and clearly has the regions best interests at heart. It's great to know my investment is working to support people in my neighbourhood and not going to greenwashing or pinkwashing banks and lenders. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Very good experience overall!

Very good experience overall. I opened a savings account through a work incentive and set up a direct debit for £25, which I’ve continued without needing to think about it—an easy and hassle-free way to build up savings until I decide what to use it for. Customer service has consistently been friendly and helpful, making the experience feel personal and supportive. I gave a good rating rather than excellent due to a recent mix-up involving my direct debit, but to their credit, the issue was acknowledged and resolved immediately. Great work everyone! Simple and easy to do.
