Banking Bundle

No problems so far

I advise is not to open an account with halifax bank . Today 5 police officer attended hounslow Middlesex branch . Poor customer was been harrised I think halifax is a fish market with full of white pigs . Exceptional overall service.

I have been a Halifax customer for many years and have always been satisfied with the products and services I have been provided with. I currently have an ISA and a Current Account with a £600 overdraft facility with Halifax and I couldn't be happier with the benefits each of the accounts has to offer. Whenever I have needed to ask a question or resolve an issue, I have received a high level of assistance and have felt truly valued as a customer. This outstanding level of customer service, along with the convenience of the online and telephone banking facilities, are just a couple of the many reasons why I am happy to be a Halifax customer. Halifax offer an exceptional overall service and clearly value their customers. I am especially pleased with the benefits of having a Halifax Current Account, as I am constantly provided with and have access to accurate, clear, reliable and up-to-date information.
