Always A***

I have been a Halifax customer most of my life, the reason being that I have never had any reason to change! Everything is really simple, from paying in cash and cheques to their excellent online banking system. Staff in branch are always contactable directly unlike some other major banks where you are required to go through an automated systeme. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Service

Great bank overall

I have been a Halifax customer for many years and always get a warm welcome when I go into branch. They take security seriously and keeping my details and money safe is a top priority. Using their online banking facility is effortless and they extra security questions I have to answer leave me feeling reassured. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

An easy switch and easy online account to use!

I switched to Halifax fairly recently and was delighted to be given £125 for doing so! The main thing I love about my Halifax current account is that using online banking is super easy!!! It is a great for anyone who struggles with fiddly log on processes. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Lousy interest

Appalling interest rates. Closed web account which gave better rate and converted it into pretty much zero interest. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Banked with Halifax for over 15 years.

Never had any issues. Like that I get £5 a month reward if don't use my overdraft. Online banking is hassle free and never had any security breaches. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

A good current account

I have had the current account with Halifax for years, when we originally signed up, we had a $5 month cashback, if you had your wages paid into it plus 2 direct debits, Even though the cashback has been reduced to £3 a month it is still an ok account for us Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Excellent experience
