Helpful banking

Easy access to my online banking, got the phone app too! Helpful staff, easy to apply for overdraft, make new payments, get my statements online. Done. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

easy to use website, great perks for joining & regular monthly benefits

The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I initially moved as offering £150 to new customers, but am happily keeping my account for a while now and enjoying the regular £3 monthly cashback. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Awesome Mobile App

The banking App is really easy and efficient to use and as I also have a mortgage, credit card and insurance with them the information and balance on these is also available when i log-in. Really simple and clear. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Never let me down

Always monitor my payments, and if high or suspect, example, I was on a trip to Egypt and I was buying some jewelry, started payment and got a call from Halifax to check that it was me. I was impressed, and I have always had excellent service from, only minus, not enough high street presence. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Excellent customer service

I switched account from Barclays as I was not happy with their customer service and general in branch experience. I have found the staff and service I have received at Halifax to be excellent. They recently dealt with a complaint I had extremely well taking ownership and handling to my satisfaction. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017
