Great Service

A great service, easy to use online banking via app or laptop. Easy to set up direct debits/standing orders and cancel them when accounts have been cleared. Branches easily available when you have to go and friendly staff in branch always. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Consistent

Happy with Halifax

really happy with the customer service with Halifax. They were really helpful and brilliant when I went in to resurrect my accounts with them. I didn’t have a clue what the accounts were and they found them no problem. They did it there and then no coming back later or having an appointment - brilliant! I will be opening a savings account for my daughter shortly. Very happy. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Monthly Payment for your Credit Card

Always A***

I have been a Halifax customer most of my life, the reason being that I have never had any reason to change! Everything is really simple, from paying in cash and cheques to their excellent online banking system. Staff in branch are always contactable directly unlike some other major banks where you are required to go through an automated systeme. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017
