Halifax are brilliant

always so very helpful when i have an issue and sort the problem straight away. they even refunded some charges from missed direct debit when i was suffering hardship!!!! I trust this bank entirely Reviewed on: 22nd July 2017

Great bank

Brilliant bank to be with. On a couple of occasions direct debits have been declined due to insufficient funds but they haven't charged me. In bank itself, the staff are always helpful and pleasant. Only downside is the fact they won't give overdrafts to those with bad credit history even though they get all my pay paid into them. Reviewed on: 27th June 2017

Fantastic Banking

Recently switched my current account to Halifax. The switch was handled very swiftly by their dedicated switch team and all my direct debits were transferred without any issues. The APP is a must and so simple to use. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017
