Consistently great service

Whenever i have to deal with Halifax they are excellent. From setting up a new rewards account in minutes to setting up Apple pay on my phone. I highly recommend them as they have great customer service. Reviewed on: 7th November 2018

The best

my grandad opened my first bank account with Halifax when I was younger and I'm still with them 15 years later! They're the best bank. Great customer service. They support you through hard times. peace of mind

I love that with the rewards current account i can forget about the little things in life that just ass up more insurnace shopping, reewal reinders etc. My phon is covered, and car breakdowns and my family holidays. Money well spent Reviewed on: 11th February 2018

An Excellent Free Bank Account

The Reward Current Account is a free account that pays you £3 per month if you stay in credit plus there are a number of cashback offers that you can earn using your debit card, these are paid very quickly compared to most cashback. Overdraft charges are cheap at just 1p per day per £7 owed and charges are applied each day so there is no big bill at the end of the month. Reviewed on: 7th February 2018

No hassle, pays cashback

Swapped from another bank to this one using the switch scheme. Had good customer service in branch and on the phone when required. App works well and the cashback offers are great - definitely helps get a little back at the end of each month. Reviewed on: 6th February 2018
