SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

I was delighted to be offered a mortgage with Hanley...

I was delighted to be offered a mortgage with Hanley economic when the home I had rented for 42 years was sold to developers.. As I was 85 at the time many Banks and building societies would not offer me a loan Hanley 's came to the rescue with a lifetime mortgage Now I am happily settled and enjoying life. The staff are always polite and helpful when I have needed to talk to them and keep me well informed. I really would recommend this company to my friends Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Since purchasing a mortgage from Hanley I have been vey satisfied with the customer care received, whenever I have called customer services I’ve never waited more than a minute to speak with a customer service representative. I have always the customer service representatives to be very polite, understanding and extremely helpful indeed.
