SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Self-Build Mortgage Application

Just had to say a few words of thanks to the staff at 'The Hanley' for their patience, effort, understanding and good humour throughout my mortgage application. Not only was the mortgage product and associated insurance cover much better than anything else on the market; but the help, guidance and information provided was invaluable. There were a few occasions when it looked as though I would not be able to complete the application process but the staff never gave up and we are now building our house. I must give particular thanks to Jane Longmore who never gave up trying and ultimately succeeding in processing my application- were are truly grateful for all you have done. Thanks.
