SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Easy Peasy!

We have recently moved into our first property thanks to Jane at the Hanley. Initially we thought, being first time buyers with only a 5% deposit and debts on credit cards we would never be able to get a mortgage. After being referred to Jane by a family member, we thought we'd give her a call. I am so glad we did, Jane made things so simple and straight forward for us, she made us feel so comfortable and ultimately we have moved into our dream home! friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people and good deals
