My husband and i have saved and had a mortgage with...

My husband and i have saved and had a mortgage with the hanley economic since the 1970s . they have always been helpful and lovely staff. Our mortgage has finished but we still continue to save notice 90 and our normal savings account. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

Responsive, helpful, efficent & very friendly staff.

Super responsive and very friendly staff. I do not live near and have to make withdrawals remotely but they make it as easy as possible. I can contact them via the app and response is fast and helpful and constructive. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

Brilliant Service.

We have used the Biddulph Branch of Hanley Economic Building Society for many years. We have always found the staff to be very friendly, professional and very helpful.
