So happy with my building society.

I have with my friendly local building society for ten years both at my local branch and more recently on line. They treat you like a human being and not a number. They are patient with my enquiries and nothing is too much trouble ever. In this day and age with falling interest rates they give me good notice of changes to the rates and I feel other institutions ride roughshod over their customers so much. Local branch with good opening hours. Informed staff, very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Too many products are online only though, for us older generation are missing out not having access to all products. Reviewed on: 31st January 2025
