Affordable for young drivers

I’m 18 and just got my first year of insurance with black box which helps save lots of money. It was quick delivery and the app is excellent - I recommended to all my friends starting to pass their driving tests! Reviewed on: 16th September 2024

Cheap and Easy to set up

I have been with Hasting for a few months now. The insurance was cheap and it was very easy to set up. The process was stress-free and that is a lot coming for car insurance providers. Reviewed on: 26th August 2019

rude customer service

Recently hit another car whilst parking, in my works private car park. I was going 1mph, caused little damage to other car, and none to mine. However, when my premium went up, I was sad and rang up, only to be dismissed and shamed by the a lady who told me I had a bad accident and therefore I should pay more Reviewed on: 21st August 2019

Best Car Insurance Ive ever had

Hastings Direct has offered the best combination of value and the content it offers in its Insurance. It also has a great customer service and because of this just recently I have chosen to renew my Car Insurance for another year where usually I end up changing Insurance each year. Very easy to use and good coverage

They have been so helpful for example when I didn’t understand the website they chatted me through what I had to do and let me do it online rather than over the phone to give me a cheaper quote. Always Seem to Win

they always seem to be the cheapest, even when they renew high you go online find it cheaper and they will match it. Never had any issues contacting them or sorting any issues. great lot of options for your budget and choices. Seem to always go back to them. Reviewed on: 7th August 2019
