Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Very quick, polite and comprehensive service

A long time customer of H&RBS, I went in today with a view to adjusting my account portfolio to optimise the earnings in my savings. The advice I received was polite, succinct yet comprehensive and I quickly opened the account I needed. Very good service indeed. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Friendly, helpful staff at the Nuneaton branch

Called into the Nuneaton branch of the Hinckley and Rugby Building Society's for one of their new Regular Savings Accounts. Not only was the product one of the best in the market but the staff, in particular Jo who served me, were really helpful and made me feel welcolme. What a pity other financial providers don't improve to the same level !!!! Reviewed on: 8th October 2022
