Superb customer service

I have been truly amazed at the level of customer care I have received. Nothing has been too much trouble in all my dealings with a customer assistant, Jeanette Sobalski, and she has kept me fully informed throughout the whole process of opening my account. She certainly knows the meaning of customer care and is a credit to the Hinckley and Rugby Building Society. No at lutterworth branch couldn't have been more helpful!had a bit of difficulty getting the right proof of address docs for my 97yr old father took longer than we thought she kept in contact with me on the phone and went the extra mile to help.thankyou nice to have some good customer service for a chnge. Opening savings account

Called in to the branch and collected the form. Returned the next day and sorted everything out. Passbook arrived a few days later. All in order. Nice to deal with real people at a real branch instead of on-line. Reviewed on: 16th December 2020

I was very pleased with the service I received when I opened a savings account for my grandson, happy with the product! Lucy was very helpful and knew the different products available. The counter service was excellent, but it was the Office Manager who served me

This was my first visit to a branch text book service, good interchange, he asked me had I received recent letter about notice and he briefly and simply explained it. I asked him why I had not received a statement (even an annual one) in 2years) That is why he is the Office Manager! Reviewed on: 10th December 2020
