Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Unsurpassed Service

I have been a customer of H&RBS for a few years. Every time I have visited the Hinckley branch on Castle Street the staff have been pleasant and very helpful. They are knowledgeable about their products, and are willing to explain the details of their different accounts. The reason that I've not given 10 stars in response to recommendation to a friend is that I'm sure that there are financial establishments that offer larger interests rates. Great rates and fabulous staff

Really happy with my experience so far. Picked Hinckley & Rugby due to the great rates for savings but have been massively impressed with their customer service. Swift and efficient application process and a lovely friendly lady even contacted me to let me know I had forgotten to enclose a form of ID. Don’t say this very often about an organisation in the banking sector but the process felt very personal and I would highly recommend using them! Reviewed on: 21st October 2020
