Opened up an account for my new baby. Forms were handed to me and I was able to fill them out whilst I was in branch, therefore any questions could be easily answered. Do not have online banking in 2020 - unbelievable

Poor service - will not accept your ID electronically including bank statements, passport and/or driving licence - how is this possible - I now have to send these as hard copies in the post with a danger of losing them - can you not move in to the 21st century - This is a waste of my time and yours unbelievable Reviewed on: 7th September 2020
