Opening accounts

Excellent professionalism

Everything was explained clearly. All necessary permissions sought (address check) and left the branch feeling content. The passbook arrived the same week amd everything I was told to expect has come to pass. Gary clearly explained minor differences to operating the account such as the min capital when selecting monthly or annual interest. All very impressive. Reviewed on: 21st November 2019

Efficient and friendly staff

I opened a fixed term bond, The communication from Hinckley and Rugby was very good. I received a phone call confirming instructions received and also was updated by txt when my passbook was on the way. Very efficient. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Very nice people to deal with, very helpful

Found the webpage left many questions about opening an account, all of which were easily answered on the phone, eg what ID documents were required and when, how to make out paying-in check! Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Fantastic customer service at Nuneaton branch

Recently had to deal with sorting out my late mum’s estate. Carol, Jo and Diane to name just a few of the staff, have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish with everything. They’re always very friendly whenever I go in to the branch. On this occasion they were very understanding at this sad time. I had quite a few things to do and set up and everything went through smoothly and quickly with their help. They certainly are an asset to the company. I would definitely recommend the Hinckley and Rugby Building Society to anyone who was looking for somewhere to open a savings account. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019
