Lady was lovely,

Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Setting up new account

Michaela was friendly polite and helpful. I had completed the form incorrectly but she soon gave me a new one and helped me fill this out correctly. The whole visit was easy and great communication through out the process Reviewed on: 21st March 2023

Efficient & helpful

I phoned the Hinckley office to enquire about savings products & was treated politely & efficiently. The info & application form that I requested arrived speedily by post. I was able to visit the Coalville branch where I received the same treatment. My savings book was dispatched &received within a few days. I am very impressed by your service.
