New customer with Great first impressions

This is my first account with H&R BS and so far I can only say positive things about them. My postal application was received by them and they took the time to actually call me to confirm receipt and check that I understood the terms and conditions of the account. Had a call from the Hinckley & Rugby today about my recent savings account application. The lady was very friendly and just rang to see that I am happy to go ahead with the account opening and that I am happy with the terms and condition of the account. Very favourable first impressions

The initial response to my Savings Account Enquiry was prompt. The literature received was clearly laid out, not over burdened with 'in-house'jargon, included what I considered to be useful and relevant product information and all presented in a very user friendly format. Subsequent to opening my account, in order to clarify a query, I received an email followed by two very polite voicemail messages (from Michele) as I was unable to respond immediately. On calling the branch, I spoke to the manager (Tracey) who instantly knew the reason for my call and dealt with the enquiry efficiently and in a very friendly manner.
