Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

First class customer care

Completed a postal application and received a telephone call next day to advise that application had been received and account would be opened same day . Offer to explain any queries prior to completion. An old fashioned approach in this day when people are happy to take your money and leave you hanging on the end of the telephone for long periods of time . Definitely first class service.
